Refund policy

We want you to be completely happy with your Hudson & Tate purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help resolve it quickly and smoothly. 

 

30-DAY RETURN WINDOW
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

 

ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • In its original packaging
  • With all original tags attached

You’ll also need your order number or proof of purchase. Items returned worn, washed, damaged, or without original packaging and tags may not be eligible for a refund.

 

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. The only exception is if your item arrived damaged or incorrect. In that case, we will send you a prepaid return label.

 

HOW TO START A RETURN

  1. Email us at support@hudsonandtate.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please include clear photos of the issue.
  3. Once your return request is reviewed, we'll send you detailed instructions on how to return your item to our warehouse.
  4. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your own protection.

 

WHAT IS NOT CONSIDERED A DEFECT
The following situations are generally not considered product faults:

  • Minor loose threads, raw edges, or slight fabric variations
  • Small color differences due to monitor display settings or lighting
  • Damage caused by wear, washing, or improper care
  • Items altered or repaired by the customer

 

RETURNS BASED ON PERSONAL PREFERENCE
If you wish to return an item because it doesn't meet your expectations, such as issues with fit, style, or preference, you may do so as long as the item meets our return conditions. Return shipping costs in this case are the responsibility of the customer.

 

EXCHANGES
We offer exchanges for items that meet our return eligibility criteria. To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached, and the request must be made within 30 days of delivery. If you would like to exchange a product, please contact us at support@hudsonandtate.com with your order details. Once your return is approved and received, we will process your exchange and ship the replacement item.

 

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether it's been approved. If it is, your refund will be returned to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or card provider may take a little additional time to process and post it on their end. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't seen it yet, please don't hesitate to reach out at support@hudsonandtate.com
